Michelle Crenshaw, V&A HR Manager

Michelle Crenshaw has a passion for people! This passion has driven her more than a fifteen-year career in Customer Service and Human Resources. For the last two years, Michelle has been consulting small businesses in all facets of HR among many industries. Prior to that, Michelle worked in Education, including being an Adjunct Faculty Member with a local San Diego online University.

The V&A Team has benefited from Michelle’s team development skills on a consulting basis. Diving into DiSC training, for which Michelle is a certified trainer, the team is growing in unique and exciting ways. Michelle’s role represents V&A's continued commitment to culture, talent development, and retention.
