Construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services are a focus of practice at Metzger + Willard, Inc. (MWI). The firm maintains a fully staffed construction services division and is well equipped to provide these services to state agencies, municipal and utility clients, as well as other consulting firms. Firm experience extends to the construction management and inspection of stormwater, transportation, water, wastewater, and electrical and instrumentation/control improvement projects. MWI has considerable experience with alternative project delivery methods including design-build and construction-manager-at-risk, as well as traditional design-bid-build.
