Ms. Metzger, senior partner, has 28 years of experience in the engineering field in management, design and construction. Over her career she has held office and regional management positions for an international firm, and has established offices for two regional firms. Ms. Metzger controls all day-to-day operations for MWI.

During his 44 years of experience, Mr. Willard, the founding partner of MWI, has held positions of responsibility for several consulting civil and environmental engineering firms, including that of principal of MWI for the last 28 years. He has also served in the public sector as manager of a large countywide wastewater utility. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a licensed Class "A" General Contractor.
