Simple Plan
MWI will match up to 3% of your deferred wages on a dollar per dollar basis. Employees are eligible
for participation after one year of employment. An employee may tax defer a portion of gross wages to a
self-directed investment.
Vacation
Two weeks per year beginning the first year. Three weeks after five years.
Sick Leave
Sick leave is accrued at a rate of 3.33 hours per month with a total of 40 hours available per year.
